Paramjit Singh Kainth founded the National Scheduled Castes Alliance (NSCA) in 2013. The organization has been used as a platform for Scheduled Caste welfare, policy advocacy, education access, constitutional safeguards and engagement with statutory institutions.
Its public work has included representations concerning the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme, the Scheduled Castes Sub Plan, the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and other issues affecting Scheduled Caste communities in Punjab.
